Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Punarvasu for your marriage biodata needs. We strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers.

Digital Products

Since our products are digital goods (PDF downloads) that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the file has been downloaded or emailed.

However, we understand that technical issues can happen. If you encounter a defect or a technical problem with the generated file that prevents you from using it for its intended purpose, please contact us.

Refund Eligibility

We may consider a refund request under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical glitch.
• The generated file is corrupted or significantly different from the preview shown (proof may be required).
• You were unable to download the file after a successful payment.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after the purchase.
• Spelling mistakes entered by the user during the creation process (please edit your data and regenerate).
• Dissatisfaction with the design style chosen (please view the previews carefully before purchasing).

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at hello@punarvasu.in within 24 hours of your purchase with:

• Your Order ID / Transaction ID.
• The email address used for the purchase.
• A description of the issue.

We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
