We do not permanently store this sensitive profile data on our servers. It is used solely for generating your PDF document in real-time.

2. Transaction Information (Server-Side)

When you purchase a premium template or remove a watermark, we collect and store:

• Contact Details: Your Email Address and Phone Number (for sending receipts and file backups).
• Payment Metadata: Transaction ID, Order ID, and Payment Status (processed via Razorpay).
• Usage Data: We may track which template ID was purchased to improve our catalog.

Note: We never store your Credit Card or Banking details. All payments are securely handled by our payment partner, Razorpay.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your orders and deliver your digital PDF.
• To provide customer support if you encounter issues with downloading.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• To analyze website traffic and improve our templates (via anonymous analytics).

Log Files

Punarvasu follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
