Digital Delivery

Punarvasu is a digital platform that creates and provides digital goods (PDF documents). We do not ship any physical products to your address.

Delivery Process

Upon successful creation and payment (where applicable) of your biodata:

• Your Biodata PDF is generated instantly.
• You can download the PDF directly from the confirmation screen.
• A copy of the PDF or a download link may also be sent to your registered email address (if provided).

Delivery Timelines

• Instant Download: Available immediately after checkout.
• Email Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-10 minutes of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.

Issues with Delivery

If you did not receive the download link or were unable to download the file, please contact our support team at hello@punarvasu.in with your Order details. We will manually send you the file or assist you with the download.
